I have been cooking with Raffa for years having brought several small groups to her Agriturismo over the past five years to Umbria where we explored the region and cuisine. If you are a foodie, you will want to be in this CLASS!
The Umbrian cuisine borders the Tuscan and Roman regions. It is landlocked and has become known as hearty, rich, and wonderful. Perugia is only 20 minutes from Assisi with gorgeous history, architecture, and most of all people.
In this ZOOM Class, Raffa will share her family treasures with you and hope that they become your family’s favorites too. Honestly, once you see how easy it is to make fresh pasta it will be hard to go back to the box!
