Avignon

Beginning in Avignon in the spring with all the blooms in season and markets will be an unforgettable start to the floating journey through the French countryside. The southern region of France is just spectacular. It never gets old. Home to the Pope’s Palace, an ornamental fortress that housed the fleeing the Pope of Rome. As you walk around this provençal town will transport you back in time. This will be the final day of our French cruise but an experience like none other!

Beaune & Chalon

One of the most beautiful small towns of France, Beaune. On this french river cruise you will have a change to experience the market in Old Town. I had so much fun shopping here with my last group. Spring is delightful as the market is brimming with fresh produce, handmade baskets and clothes. Chalon is considered the gateway to Burgundy and known for its wine and gothic architecture.

Pont du Gard

Arles & Pont du Gard

You can enjoy a guided tour of Arles (excursions included) or hop a bike and discover on your own. The guide will help you appreciate the finer points of Arles’s magnificent Roman remains, including the splendid amphitheater, one of the best-preserved in the world. Magnificent over the river, The Pont du Gard was once the highest bridge in Europe. At 900 feet long and 160 feet high, an imposing structure for sure.

Lyon

I’ve lost count of how many times I have visited Lyon. I LOVE this city, unbelievably gorgeous, quintessential France, and considered the culinary capital of the country. Your tastebuds will thank you! Enjoy a guided tour from the boat of this town as well as experience some world-class wine and gastronomy. I am so excited to travel with a small group again on this French River through the countryside weaving through history and nostalgia.

A $600 per person deposit is needed to secure a reservation fee. The final payment for the cruise is due 100 days before sailing.

Flights are not included in this group package. However, I can help you find flights before our departure. As well, we will help you plan pre/post-travel plans as well.
