Iceland’s landscape is characterized by waterfalls, geysers, volcanoes, black sand beaches, and steaming lava fields, reminiscent of an almost alien landscape. It is an outdoor recreation DREAM!

We will be visiting Iceland during the peak season for the Northern Lights and the weather will still be fantastic! We will enjoy a two-night stay in the town of Husavik, the oldest settlement in Iceland. Also, this town is known for Whale Watching 🐋

Detifoss Waterfall
Iceland has no shortage of waterfalls. Dettifoss waterfall is found in Northern Iceland and is said to be the most powerful in Europe. It is also one of the sites that make up the Diamond Circle of Iceland and flows from the Vatnajökull glacier.
Glaumbaer Farm & Museum
This former farm In northern Iceland is now a museum. We will stop here to tour these beautifully preserved turf houses. Also a folk museum, we will get a chance to see island life from the 18th and 19th centuries.
ReynisfjaraBlack Sand Beach
The Black Sand Beach of Reynisfjara is known for its enormous basalt stacks, roaring Atlantic waves, and stunning panoramas. Considered to be the most beautiful of all of Iceland’s black sand beaches. In 1991, National Geographic this beach as one of the Top 10 non-tropical beaches to visit on the planet.
