Escape to a haven of peace and serenity at our upcoming Tranquility in Tuscany Italy Retreat in the picturesque town and valley of Cortona, Italy, June 21st – 28th, 2025. Join Sarah Cummins from Waterfall Yoga Therapy and myself (Travel with Wendy) next summer for this amazing experience.
Each year, I choose a different small group trip (12) to Europe. For 2025, we will be heading to Tuscany for Culinary, Cuisine, and Yoga. This retreat is going to be restorative, relaxing, educational, and unforgettable.
You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in daily yoga classes, relax next to the pool, indulge in a cooking class, take a hike through the olive grove and vineyard, and savor Tuscan meals in this picturesque organic farm setting that is a restored 14th-century monastery.

- Round Trip Airfare is not included but I can help with that if needed
- Waterfall Yoga Therapy Liability Waiver must be completed prior to your reservation whether you plan to participate in yoga classes or not
- Travel Insurance is highly recommended and encouraged
- Apartments are on a first-come, first-serve basis
- This retreat is open to both men and women
- Children under the age of 18 are not allowed on this adventure
- Cancellation policy is in the retreat registration form of the Terms & Conditions
